Job Description

• To develop and execute sales strategies to drive construction equipment rental and trading opportunities in Singapore

• To build and maintain strong customer relationships and provide suitable solutions to customers

• To identify and explore new business opportunities

• To monitor market trends, competitors' activities and customer feedback

• To act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to resolve technical issues

• To arrange work schedule for operators and manage their working performance

Job Requirements

• Degree or Higher Diploma holder in Business Administration, Marketing or related disciplines

• Willing to station in Singapore

• With working experience in Singapore will be an advantage

• At least 3 years of proven sales experience in construction equipment

• Possess technical knowledge of crane and MEWP equipment will be an advantage

• Excellent command of English, knowledge in Malay and Thai will be an advantage

• Possess driving license

• Aggressive team player with excellent communications, negotiation and presentation skills

*Candidates with more experience will be considered as Sales Manager
