Job Description:

* Project management involving Sanitary, Plumbing & Gas Services

* Preparation of shop drawings, workings drawings & as-built drawings.

* Documentation of method statement and work procedures

* Review and monitor site construction activities to ensure work completion as scheduled

* Evaluation, Cost estimation & analysis for Sanitary, Plumbing & Gas

* Liaison with all parties involved in the project including Local Authorities, Consultants, Architects, Main contractor, Sub-contractors & Suppliers

* Attend site meetings and inspections

* Prepare progress report, claim, VO, method of statements and safe work procedure.

* Assist the project manager in handling and monitoring progress of project.

Job Requirements:

* Degree / Diploma in Mechanical or related discipline

* Minimum of 3 years experience in similar position with relevant design knowledge.

* HDB projects experience in Singapore is a must.

* Proficiency in AutoCAD & MS-office

* Knowledge of tender costing with experience in evaluation and cost estimation for Sanitary, Plumbing & Gas Services will be an added advantage

* Excellent interpersonal communication skill, innovative and result oriented

* Ability to work independently in a challenging and demanding environment
