Customer Service / Retail Assistant (Baggage) - #1116917

• Working Location: Changi Airport

• Working Days: 5 days work, 1 day rest

• Working Hours 2.40pm - 11pm

The Role:

• Attend to customer inquiries and provide customer service

• Perform cash and credit card transactions

• Perform opening and closing settlement

• Perform bag wrapping service (Up to 25kg) and upselling of baggage services or products

• Perform acceptance and issuance of baggage deposits according to SOP

• Conduct bag search in accordance to SOP and ensure compliance to security standards dictated by the management and Airport police

• Any other duties as assigned by management
