Our client is seeking a Regional BD Assistant Manager/Manager to join their team!

What you'll be doing?

• Hunt for opportunities: Identify and pursue new regional contract logistics (warehousing) business opportunities, focusing on 3PL FMCG, retail, and high-tech sectors.

• Meet sales targets: Work towards achieving sales goals set by the Department Head, contributing to the company's growth and success.

• Travel regionally: Engage with potential clients across the region, traveling overseas once or twice per month to build relationships and secure new business.

• Cold calling: Utilize your communication skills to reach out to potential customers and generate new leads.

• Collaborate and influence: Work closely with internal teams and leverage your excellent interpersonal skills to influence decision-makers.

Who are they looking for?

• Experienced sales professional: You have at least 5 years of working experience in sales, specifically within the 3PL logistics industry with regional exposure.

• Strong network: Candidates with an established network and ready customers to bring in will have an advantage.

• Excellent communicator: You possess outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to influence others effectively.

• Proactive attitude: You're comfortable with cold calling and have a proactive approach to finding new customers.

• Travel-ready: You're willing and able to travel overseas once or twice per month to meet with potential clients.
