Sales Manager – Construction / Civil Engineering - #1116950

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in construction, civil engineering, and building materials projects.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, contractors, consultants, and key stakeholders.

• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and tenders for new projects.

• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients and suppliers.

• Collaborate with project and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client needs to recommend business strategies.

• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

• Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reports to management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales within the construction, civil engineering, or building materials sector.

• Strong network of contacts with developers, main contractors, subcontractors, and consultants in Singapore.

• Proven track record in securing and closing construction project deals.

• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and lead a small sales team if required.

• Familiarity with tendering processes, project cost estimation, and construction project workflows.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline is preferred.
