M&E Coordinator - Up till $5000 basic + variable bonus 

• 6 days work week (Monday to Saturday, 8am to 6.30pm)

• Working location: Tagore Ln

Responsibilities:

• Site planning, inspections and coordination with consultants, sub-contractors & clients on M&E requirements and specifications

• Plan, monitor and ensure work-in-progress at site are on schedule

• Prepare and compile as built drawings for submission

• Coordinate for submission and approval, all shop drawings, samples, coordination drawings and supervision

• Identify discrepancies, assess and recommend M&E sub-contractors claims

• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by Superioror Management

Requirements:

• Recognized Degree / Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent

• Well versed in AutoCAD

• Knowledge of BIM would be an added advantage

• Minimum 2-3 years relevant experience in Singapore on Commercial / Building / Civil Projects, completed at least one project cycle.
