Brand Ambassador – Healthcare (6-Month Contract, Convertible to Permanent)

Location: Airport / Vivo / Bugis / Orchard
Working Hours: Mon – Sun, 5 days/week, up to 44 hours/week
Salary: Up to $2,700/month + Commissions + Quarterly Bonus

About the Role:
We are looking for enthusiastic Brand Ambassadors to promote healthcare vitamins and supplements. You will engage customers, provide product knowledge, and drive sales while maintaining attractive product displays.

Key Responsibilities:

• Approach and engage walk-in customers to promote health supplements

• Explain product benefits, usage instructions, and ingredients in a friendly manner

• Offer basic health advice and make tailored product recommendations

• Achieve or exceed daily and weekly sales targets

• Maintain clean, well-stocked, and visually appealing product displays

• Handle customer inquiries and feedback professionally, escalating when needed

• Gather customer feedback and share insights with the sales or marketing team

• Participate in roadshows, promotional events, and new product launches

• Stay updated on product knowledge and promotions

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE N/O/A Levels or equivalent; background in nutrition, health, or related field is a plus

• Prior experience in sales, retail, or customer service preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Passion for health and wellness

• Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays

• Experience as a promoter and a strong drive to push sales
