Job Responsibilities

• Set up manufacturing processes and ensure proper documentation.

• Develop job instruction sheets, NC programs, and tool/gauge plans using Siemens NX.

• Lead productivity improvement initiatives, including tool and fixture selection/design.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues from both internal and external customers.

• Conduct feasibility studies to enhance manufacturing capacity, layout, and expansion plans.

• Continuously improve manufacturing systems and processes.

• Support company-wide productivity and quality enhancement initiatives.

• Prepare justification papers for capital expenditure (CAPEX) when required.

Preferred Skills & Requirements

• Proficient in Unigraphics (Siemens NX) or other CAD/CAM software.

• Hands-on experience with precision machining tools (CNC, lathe, milling).

• Strong knowledge in interpreting engineering drawings, including GD&T.

• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.
