SQL/Hadoop Developer - #1117096

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, optimize, and maintain SQL queries and stored procedures.

• Work with large datasets using Hadoop ecosystem tools such as HDFS, Hive, Pig, and Spark.

• Design and implement data processing pipelines using Spark (PySpark/Scala).

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements.

• Ensure data quality, integrity, and performance in all data operations.

• Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues.

• Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices.

Required Skills:

• 3–4 years of hands-on experience in SQL development.

• Strong understanding of Hadoop ecosystem (HDFS, Hive, Pig, etc.).

• Experience with Apache Spark (preferably PySpark or Scala).

• Proficient in data analysis and data transformation techniques.

• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the banking or financial services domain.

• Familiarity with data visualization and reporting tools.

• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
