Senior / Executive Dynamic Maintenance Planning (Line Maintenance Division) - #1116977

Responsibilities:

• Monitor daily operation, manpower planning, controlling of maintenance plans in provision of aircraft cabin maintenance

• Review the team’s plans and ensure no overruns in regular cabin maintenance programs

• Coordinate with other departments/sections to ensure efficient operation of his/her sections

• Serve as a focal point to update customer on aircraft cabin works

• Chairing daily production meeting with customers and internal support staff

• Lead the investigation of customer complaints, Quality audits, and any other reports, taking the necessary corrective actions

• Prepare reports and represent the department to attend weekly and monthly meetings with stakeholders

• Review and implement work processes to improve efficiency

• Prepare management papers for equipment, toolings and vehicle purchases for his/her department use

• Such other duties as assigned to him by the Manager Cabin Line Services

Requirements:

• Good Honours Degree, preferably in Engineering (Aerospace / Mechanical / Electronics Engineering)

• Possess strong leadership and operational skills with an analytical and innovative mind

• Past experience in MRO planning would be an added advantage.

• Ability to work shift to support operations

• Self-starter with a customer mindset and excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Independent and resourceful, with the ability to work in a cross-functional environment and be a great team player

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

• Able to perform shift work
