Freight Forwarding Company

Changi Air Freight Centre

5 Days, Office Hour

UP $3,800 Basic + Night shift Allowance + AWS + Variable Bonus

Responsibilities:

Serve as the main contact for freight bookings, tracking, and customer inquiries

Coordinate with operations, carriers, and vendors to ensure timely and efficient shipments

Prepare and manage compliant shipping documents (e.g., MAWB, HAWB, DG Declarations)

Process invoices accurately and liaise with finance to resolve discrepancies

Support sales with client coordination, rate quotes, and continuous process improvement

Requirements:

Minimum NITEC or related field

At least 5 years of experience in logistics or freight forwarding (airfreight preferred)

Proficient in freight documentation, customs procedures, and invoicing systems
