Logistics & Cargo Operations Executive | Changi - Up to$3,000 + Sign On Bonus - #1116999

We are looking for a Cargo Coordinator / Operations Assistant to support daily cargo operations at Changi. You will play an important role in ensuring smooth coordination of cargo handling, documentation, and operational support, while maintaining compliance with safety and service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee daily cargo operations

• Handle cargo documentation, processing, and data entry accurately

• Liaise with internal teams, customers, and external stakeholders to ensure timely cargo movement

• Monitor workflow and resolve operational issues promptly

• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and service requirements

• Provide administrative and logistics support to the operations team

Requirements

• GCE ‘A’ Level / Diploma or higher in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field

• Prior experience in cargo / logistics / operations is an advantage

• Strong communication and coordination skills

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

• Proficient in MS Office applications

What We Offer

• Basic: $1,850 - $3,000 (Depends on experience and education)

• Local Diploma (Basic > $2600)

• Shift allowance: Average $250

• AWS (13 Month Bonus)

• Up to 2 months VB (Variable Bonus)

• Sign on Bonus of $5,000 for first year

• Transport provided if there are no public transport after work
  

Working Days and Hours: 

• Any 5-6 days/week (including weekends)

• Any 8-10 hours/week (24-hours rotating shift)
