Responsibilities:

• Coordinate Operating Theatre and Endoscopy Centre lists to ensure efficient scheduling of procedures.
• Make reminder calls and confirm procedural appointments with patients across surgical areas.
• Provide financial counselling and bowel preparation instructions for Direct Access Patients.
• Offer clear and accurate information to patients regarding their scheduled operations.
• Respond to patient enquiries and provide appropriate advice and solutions.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a smooth patient journey throughout their procedure.
• Maintain readiness of the Surgical Call Centre, including downtime policies and resources.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and support clinic leadership in process reviews.

Requirements:

• Minimum “A” Levels or Diploma in any discipline.
• Candidates with no prior experience are welcome to apply.
• Proficient in computer applications and systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to work collaboratively in a team.
• Capable of multitasking and performing in a fast-paced hospital environment.
