Position: Passenger Service Associate
Location: Changi Airport
Working Day & Working Time: 6 Working Days + Rotating Shifts 
Transport: Complimentary company transport for night shifts 

Salary & Benefits:

Gross Salary Range: SGD 1,600 to 2,500/month

• Monthly Allowances included in gross salary: Shift, Productivity & KPI Incentives

• Overtime Pay & Performance Bonus eligible

• Joining Bonus available (T&Cs apply）

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist passengers with check-in and use of self-service kiosks & auto bag-drop machines

• Guide and support passengers at boarding gates and transit areas

• Coordinate departure activities with airline crew and relevant teams

• Escort transit passengers between arrival and departure gates

• Provide care and assistance to passengers with special needs

• Deliver warm and professional customer service

Requirements:

• Minimum NITEC or equivalent

• Comfortable using computers and handling basic digital tools

• Confident English communication skills

• Able to work rotating shifts, including weekends & public holidays

• Friendly, patient, and a team player
