Location: East

Duration: Immediate till end of Feb 2026

Working hours: Mon to Fri, 9am to 6pm (no OT, work life balance!)

Salary: Up to $2,600/month

Job scope: 

• Highly motivated individuals to promote MasterCard to existing customers of various consumer segment by cross-selling the value propositions of the credit cards 

• Engage & build good relationship with customers & deliver good client experience 

• Good follow-up skills and ensure customers’ applications and documentations are completed for processing timely 

• Require to meet performance standards, business goals and targets 

• Able to present effectively and communicate comfortably to customers face to face or through telemarketing activities 

Requirements:

• Min GCE N Levels.

• Prior experience in banking or customer service experience preferred.

• No experience but good in communicating and confident in customer service can apply too!

• Singaporeans only.
