Responsibilities:
Customer Service Executive
Handle and respond to customer enquiries promptly.
Provide shipment updates, resolve service issues, and manage order processing.
Coordinate with operations and transport teams to ensure smooth delivery.
Prepare and process shipping documents, invoices, and reports.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
Support ad-hoc administrative and operational tasks as required.
Operation Executive
Plan, monitor, and coordinate daily logistics operations.
Ensure timely and accurate inbound and outbound shipments.
Work closely with warehouse, transport teams, and external vendors.
Monitor inventory accuracy and assist in stock control activities.
Prepare reports and assist in process improvement initiatives.
Support ad-hoc operational duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Diploma / NITEC / Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in logistics or customer service.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of WMS/SAP is an advantage.
