Responsibilities:

Customer Service Executive

• Handle and respond to customer enquiries promptly.

• Provide shipment updates, resolve service issues, and manage order processing.

• Coordinate with operations and transport teams to ensure smooth delivery.

• Prepare and process shipping documents, invoices, and reports.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.

• Support ad-hoc administrative and operational tasks as required.

Operation Executive

• Plan, monitor, and coordinate daily logistics operations.

• Ensure timely and accurate inbound and outbound shipments.

• Work closely with warehouse, transport teams, and external vendors.

• Monitor inventory accuracy and assist in stock control activities.

• Prepare reports and assist in process improvement initiatives.

• Support ad-hoc operational duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma / NITEC / Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.

• At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in logistics or customer service.

• Strong communication and coordination skills.

• Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of WMS/SAP is an advantage.
