• Location: Changi Airfreight Centre

Position 1: Airfreight Operations Executive - EXPORT

• Execution of MAWB/HAWB

• Monitoring and following up of export shipment and checking shipment status

• Create billing, shipment details and permit declaration, email to customers or overseas agent

• Familiar with CCN

Position 2: Airfreight Operations Executive - IMPORT

• Execute import shipment processes efficiently

• Generate and issue billing invoices promptly

• Verify cargo clearance permits and cargo condition

• Coordinate with carriers, transporters, customers, and agents

• Prepare shipment documentation and permits

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in Airfreight Export or Import operations
