Summary

• Salary range: Basic $4000-$5000

  Monday to Friday, 8.30am-6pm

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients seeking property loan services.

• Provide tailored financing solutions based on clients’ property needs and financial profiles.

• Assist clients throughout the loan application process, including document collection and submission.

• Liaise with internal departments (credit, legal, operations) to ensure smooth loan processing and disbursement.

• Meet individual sales targets by sourcing new leads and converting prospects into customers.

• Stay updated on property loan market trends, regulations, and competitor offerings to advise clients effectively.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in soliciting for commercial loans

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients

• With ability to handle Mandarin speaking customers
