ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end development and performance of our household and lifestyle product lines. This includes identifying market opportunities through in-depth research, sourcing and validating new products, and managing profitability through careful P&L oversight. You will work cross-functionally to execute the product roadmap, support marketing initiatives, and ensure successful product launches. The ideal candidate is strategic, analytical, and entrepreneurial, with strong communication skills and the ability to navigate fast-paced, high-growth environments.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

·       Product Strategy & Research

Conduct deep market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and gaps in the market. Translate findings into actionable product ideas and insights.

·       Sourcing & Product Validation

Source and evaluate new products, test market fit, and gather feedback to improve or pivot product offerings.

·       Profit & Loss Management

Monitor and manage the P&L for each product line, with a focus on increasing revenue and managing costs to maximize profitability.

·       Cross-functional Collaboration

Drive the product roadmap by working closely with marketing, distribution, operations, and sales teams to ensure alignment and smooth implementation.

·       Product Forecasting & Performance Tracking

Lead product forecasting, conduct regular reviews, and work with teams to optimize product lifecycles and inventory planning.

·       Marketing & Launch Support

Provide input for marketing campaigns and ensure product positioning, communication, and materials are in line with brand and strategic goals.

·       KPI Ownership

Define and track KPIs to ensure product success metrics are met across sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

 

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

·       Bachelor’s degree

·       Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in product development or product management

·       Experience in household/lifestyle products is a strong advantage

·       Strategic thinker with the ability to drive projects across departments

·       Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills

·       Entrepreneurial, driven, and solutions-oriented

·       Good Chinese Skills (spoken and written) to liaise effectively with Chinese-speaking suppliers and stakeholders.

·       Adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

·       Strong analytical and project management skills
