Job Responsibilities:

Provide strategic leadership and technical guidance to the engineering team within the IAQ Engineering (SG) Pte Ltd organizational structure.
Recruit, mentor, and maintain a high-performing team of design engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and structured quality control.
Drive the adoption and implementation of advanced engineering tools, including Building Information Modelling (BIM), to enhance design and detail engineering capabilities.
Collaborate with the commercial and tender teams to provide value engineering and technical insights for successful project bids.
Oversee and lead the engineering design phase for project tenders, ensuring innovative and efficient solutions for a wide range of services including cleanroom systems, process utilities, and HT & LV electrical system.

Job Requirements:

Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
15 - 18 years of relevant experience
Experience with project in the semiconductor industry will be an added advance
Proficiency in modern engineering tools and a strong understanding of BIM.
