Your Role
As a Business Development Assistant Manager, you will:
Identify and drive new business opportunities within commercial sector .
Recommend and customise innovative solutions to meet client needs, positioning the Company as a trusted advisor.
Build and maintain strong client relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
Develop and execute business development strategies and action plans to achieve sales targets.
Conduct market research to monitor trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
Prepare and deliver professional presentations, proposals, and business cases to potential clients.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and technical support) to ensure successful project execution.
Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports to management.
Represent the Company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions.
What We're Looking For
Minimum 5 years of proven experience in business development, account management, or solution selling within the hospitality or commercial sector.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Independent, self driven and results focused with minimal supervision.
Innovative thinker with strong initiative, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and developing new markets.
Good knowledge of the hospitality landscape in Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia will be added bonus.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
Self-motivated, proactive, and driven by results.
Willing to travel regionally when required.
