Job Description

We are seeking a passionate HSSE Officer / Specialist to join our team and strengthen Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental (HSSE) practices. You will play a pivotal role in driving workplace safety culture, ensuring compliance, and advancing sustainability initiatives. This is a dynamic role with up to 50% site travel within Singapore’s East region.

Responsibilities

• Manage safety expectations and ensure operational compliance.

• Issue non-conformity reports for safety violations.

• Call for safety time-outs when unsafe practices are observed.

• Conduct regular site visits across Singapore.

• Implement and maintain ISO 45001 & ISO 14001 systems.

• Train, mentor, and motivate colleagues on HSSE best practices.

• Engage stakeholders to build a strong safety and sustainability culture.

• Identify improvement opportunities and develop corrective actions.

• Prepare reports using MS Office, Power BI, PowerApps, and related tools.

Requirements

• WSQ Specialist Diploma in WSH / Diploma / Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Sustainability, or related fields.

• Registered Workplace Safety & Health Officer (MOM).

• Professional certifications (CSP, CIH, NEBOSH, CSR-P, GRI) are an advantage.

• At least 3 years’ HSSE experience in corporate or industrial settings.

• Strong knowledge of HSSE regulations and standards (OSHA, EPA, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).

• Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines.
