Job Title: Ward Service Associate (Food Services / Inventory Management)
Salary: $1,980 – $2,200
Work Arrangement: 5-day work week, rotating shifts, 1 weekday and 1 weekend off
Work Hours: 7:00am – 4:30pm OR 10:00am – 7:30pm

Primary Responsibilities

• Assist patients who require help with feeding.

• Ensure patient meals are ordered, delivered correctly, and cleared promptly.

• Adhere to infection control practices at all times.

• Report patient feedback or concerns to the nursing team.

• Provide basic guidance to patients and caregivers on fall precautions and infection control.

Secondary Responsibilities

• Maintain tidiness of ward areas, pantry, and clean utility.

• Track and maintain pantry inventories; report shortages to supervisors.

• Support ad-hoc tasks assigned by Executive or Nurse Clinician.

• Participate in ward quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum GCE “N” Level OR WSQ Certificate in Health Care Support (Nursing Care).

• Prior experience in F&B or customer service will be an added advantage.

• Positive attitude, team-oriented, and willing to learn.
