Responsibilities:
Collaborate with internal teams (operations, warehouse, transport) to ensure prompt delivery and address customer needs.
Oversee shipment tracking, booking requests, and manage documentation.
Address and resolve customer complaints effectively, escalating complex issues when needed.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high satisfaction levels.
Prepare and update reports on customer interactions, service concerns, and overall operational performance.
Assist the sales and operations teams with administrative tasks and customer-related activities.
Requirements:
At least 1 year customer service experience in logistics industry
Familiar with MS Office
Good team player
