Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal teams (operations, warehouse, transport) to ensure prompt delivery and address customer needs.

• Oversee shipment tracking, booking requests, and manage documentation.

• Address and resolve customer complaints effectively, escalating complex issues when needed.

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high satisfaction levels.

• Prepare and update reports on customer interactions, service concerns, and overall operational performance.

• Assist the sales and operations teams with administrative tasks and customer-related activities.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year customer service experience in logistics industry

• Familiar with MS Office

• Good team player
