We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to be part of a collaborative team that values innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement!

Job Details
Location: West Singapore (1-minute walk from MRT station)
Duration: 1 Year contract (convertible/renewable)
Working Days/Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Pay: Up to $3700 + Completion Bonus

Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Exciting Supplier Townhall Events: Take charge of organizing seamless and engaging supplier events, managing everything from venue coordination to catering and ensuring all stakeholders are perfectly aligned for success.

2. Drive Supplier Compliance with Purpose: Champion the Supplier Code of Conduct, keeping policies current and ensuring every declaration is submitted on time to maintain the highest standards of governance.

3. Collaborate on Product Governance & Contracts: Partner with the buying and legal teams to navigate contractual matters and uphold strict compliance, helping protect and enhance supplier relationships.

4.Manage Incentives and Billing with Precision: Oversee the tracking and billing of supplier incentives, working closely with teams to meet targets and maintain financial accuracy.

5. Innovate with Vendor Performance Dashboards: Create and automate insightful vendor scorecards, harnessing digital tools to streamline reporting and fuel continuous performance improvements.

6. Facilitate Clear and Timely Supplier Communications: Ensure suppliers stay well-informed with prompt and accurate updates, managing project timelines and documenting key actions.

7. Maintain Audit-Ready ISO Documentation: Keep essential ISO records up to date and organized, ensuring the Supplier Management function is always prepared for audits.

Job Requirements:
• Min. Diploma in any discipline
• 2 years of relevant experience in large organisations
• Proficient in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) & reporting tools (Excel/Google Sheets, basic scripting) is highly advantageous
• Able to use SQL or similar data tools for to do in-depth data analysis
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
