Service Engineer - #1116544

Minimum 2 Years Service or Maintenance working experience

Salary : $3500 - $5000 (Depends on experience ) + VB

Work Location: Multiple sites

Well Established Cooling System Company 

Your Role:

• Perform periodic servicing, maintenance, and troubleshooting of systems.

• Diagnose hardware/software faults, identify root causes, and recommend solutions.

• Conduct equipment power-up/down procedures and respond promptly to e-calls (emergency calls).

• Provide technical support and onsite training on Operation & Maintenance Manuals (OMM).

• Maintain strong client relationships, particularly with site engineers.

• Liaise with customer engineering departments to ensure compliance with company procedures and quality guidelines.

• Complete detailed service reports after each servicing/e-call.

• Submit weekly/monthly reports on work activities, progress, and remedial actions.

• Maintain accurate filing, documentation, and tracking of all service records.

• Monitor and manage contractor activities to ensure adherence to safety/operational procedures.

• Review site "Events and Actions," implementing corrective measures as needed.

• Strictly follow data center safety rules, regulations, and quality standards.

• Ensure all work activities comply with occupational safety guidelines.

 Requirement:

• Higher NITEC/Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Engineering field

• Experienced working in confined space will be added advantage
