Our client is seeking a Field Service Technician to join their team!

What you'll be doing?
Equipment Installation: Set up and configure mechanical and electrical systems at client sites, ensuring optimal performance from day one.
Maintenance Expert: Conduct routine maintenance and respond to emergency service calls, keeping equipment running smoothly.
Problem Solver: Diagnose technical issues and implement effective solutions, minimizing downtime for clients.
Detail-Oriented Recorder: Document service reports and maintain accurate records, contributing to continuous improvement.
Client Communication: Engage with clients to explain repairs and preventive measures, building strong relationships.
Team Collaborator: Work closely with internal teams to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Who are they looking for?
Technical Education: NITEC / Diploma or higher in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field, providing a strong foundation for the role.
Hands-On Experience: While 2+ years of experience in field service or technical support.
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with PLCs, sensors, and industrial machinery, with experience in PLC systems (Siemens, Omron, Allen Bradley) being a plus.
Mobility: Valid driver's license (Class 2B or Class 3/3A) and willingness to travel locally and overseas, enabling you to serve clients effectively.
Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and creative thinking abilities to tackle diverse technical challenges.
