We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager / Assistant Manager to expand our Built Environment Solutions business and deliver innovative, turnkey projects that transform workplaces and living spaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Market Strategy & Insights

  • Analyse market trends, industry developments, and competitive landscape in the Built Environment sector.

  • Identify and develop new opportunities to drive sustainable growth in B2B smart building and IoT solutions.

• Business Development & Sales

  • Engage directly with system integrators, facilities management firms, property developers and building owners.

  • Develop customised proposals and lead negotiations to close solution-based projects.

• Project & Tender Management

  • Prepare project tenders and manage the full sales cycle from proposal to contract and implementation.

  • Collaborate with engineering, finance, and operations teams to ensure successful delivery.

• Client Relationship & Account Management

  • Build and maintain long-term client partnerships.

  • Provide ongoing consultative support to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

• Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to align strategies and achieve corporate objectives.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering or a related field.

• Minimum 2–3 years of B2B solution sales experience, ideally in Building Management Systems (BMS), IoT, smart home, security, or smart access systems.

• Proven track record in turnkey project sales and solid knowledge of business accounting.

• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills; proactive and goal-oriented.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

• Strong professional network with system integrators, facilities management companies, property management companies and property owners preferred.
