• Basic salary up $3200 +VB 

• East area (Kaki Bukit)

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with government agencies and clients on delivery schedules and equipment collection.

• Plan and assign daily delivery routes for in-house drivers to ensure smooth operations.

• Work closely with the Sales and IT teams to support after-sales service requirements.

• Maintain accurate records of assets, inventory, and data tracking.

• Schedule IT Engineers for on-site assignments (e.g. data erasure, verification) and arrange follow-up equipment retrieval.

• Prepare and submit monthly reports related to tenders and ongoing projects.

• Track lease expiry dates and issue timely reminders

• Handle calls and email enquiries from corporate clients with professionalism and efficiency.

• Support ad-hoc operational requests from management.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Business Administration or related field.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise confidently across stakeholders.

• Independent, well-organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Customer-oriented mindset with a natural ability to build and maintain rapport.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfortable with data management.
