We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to the Director to provide administrative and executive support for Meet 2 Wine Bar & Restaurant Pte Ltd and Tuffi Build Pte Ltd. The ideal candidate will manage the Director’s daily schedule, handle communications, and ensure efficient operation of the office. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support:

    • Manage the Director’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

    • Organize and prioritize emails, phone calls, and correspondence on behalf of the Director.

    • Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting minutes as required.

    • Maintain and update confidential files, documents, and records.

  • Meeting Coordination:

    • Plan, organize and coordinate internal and external meetings and events.

    • Ensure all materials and agendas are prepared ahead of meetings.

    • Arrange and coordinate travel, accommodation and itineraries for business trips.

  • Communication Management:

    • Serve as the main point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.

    • Draft professional emails, memos, and other correspondence on behalf of the Director.

    • Liaise with department heads, clients, and partners to ensure smooth communication.

  • Restaurant Support:

    • Help organize events, promotional activities, and special initiatives for the restaurant.

    • Collaborate with staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

    • Assist in liaising with stakeholders, vendors, suppliers when required.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.

  • Experience in restaurants is a strong added advantage.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) 

  • Professional demeanor with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
