Job Responsibilities
Provide Human Resource support to business units, ensuring smooth execution of HR functions.
Conduct the full end-to-end recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
Partner business on human resource management matters relating to employee relations and performance management.
Provide advice and support on day-to-day operational HR matters such as employee disciplinary issues, grievances and counselling.
Handle employee medical and work injury insurance, and benefits administration.
Correspond regularly with Government bodies and Statutory boards on related surveys.
Maintenance of employee personal data in HRIS; Serve as an in-house functional specialist to troubleshoot issues and provide HR Systems support as needed.
Manage foreign workers matters including repatriation and application, renewal & cancellation of Work Passes.
Participate in any HR projects and perform any tasks relating to HR matters when assigned.
Supervise and ensure workplace safety and health risks are identified, assessed and controlled, and provide employees with information on compliance to workplace safety and health policies.
Job Requirements
Candidate should possess at least a Degree in a relevant field.
At least 2 years' related HR experience.
Proficient in Employee Act and HR practices.
Good knowledge of MS Office especially Excel and Words.
