Job Responsibilities:
Lead retail marketing operations by managing campaigns and projects from conception through to execution.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery of all marketing initiatives.
Establish and track KPIs for retail marketing campaigns and promotions; analyze performance and implement improvements.
Plan and deliver marketing events to boost brand visibility and reputation.
Manage public relations efforts, including preparing and distributing press releases for major events and updates.
Maintain and enforce brand guidelines across all touchpoints in collaboration with corporate and commercial teams.
Oversee creation of marketing materials—social media content, promotional messaging, etc.—ensuring consistency in tone, look, and voice.
Develop and manage strategic partnerships with landlords, travel networks, payment networks, or other stakeholders to expand channels and drive growth.
Select, coordinate, and maintain relationships with external vendors to ensure high quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
Oversee marketing budgets for campaigns and activations, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and financial efficiency is maintained.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in campaign marketing, project management, and brand stewardship.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building relationships.
Experienced in planning and executing marketing events, managing all logistics to ensure seamless delivery.
