Retail Marketing Executive | Travel Retail - #1116033

Job Responsibilities: 

• Lead retail marketing operations by managing campaigns and projects from conception through to execution.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery of all marketing initiatives.

• Establish and track KPIs for retail marketing campaigns and promotions; analyze performance and implement improvements.

• Plan and deliver marketing events to boost brand visibility and reputation.

• Manage public relations efforts, including preparing and distributing press releases for major events and updates.

• Maintain and enforce brand guidelines across all touchpoints in collaboration with corporate and commercial teams.

• Oversee creation of marketing materials—social media content, promotional messaging, etc.—ensuring consistency in tone, look, and voice.

• Develop and manage strategic partnerships with landlords, travel networks, payment networks, or other stakeholders to expand channels and drive growth.

• Select, coordinate, and maintain relationships with external vendors to ensure high quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.

• Oversee marketing budgets for campaigns and activations, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and financial efficiency is maintained.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Proven experience in campaign marketing, project management, and brand stewardship.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building relationships.

• Experienced in planning and executing marketing events, managing all logistics to ensure seamless delivery.
