Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans for assigned markets.
• Achieve sales targets through proactive customer engagement and market visits.
• Conduct market research and analysis to support business decisions.
• Strengthen customer relationships and manage sales accounts effectively.
• Coordinate with operations team to ensure timely order processing and shipment.
• Lead product and area marketing activities to boost regional performance.
• Deliver sales training to internal staff and external customers.
• Manage payment processes including LC and remittance tracking.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns and present performance results.
• Develop distributor partnerships and implement training programs for end-users.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in lubricant or automotive products.
• Willing to travel to Middle East region for business trip
• Experience in coordinating operations, shipping, and payment processes.
• Minimum Degree/Diploma
