Sales Support Specialist
Min. Experience: 2 years
This is a Sales Administrative role supporting the Retail & Distribution Key Accounts Manager, and will require a basic amount of experience in previous similar roles.
Your daily work revolves around:
Support the Key Account Manager to process orders, check inventories, generate purchase/sales orders
Coordinating the Driver/Rider team and planning their delivery and collection schedule
Support communication between the Sales Manager and clients. Help ensure smooth transactions by addressing inquiries regarding payments, deliveries, and other concerns.
Following up with clients on payment statuses and document sales report timely
Assist to ensure new product barcodes are registered and updated on existing FMCG systems
Update & maintain client database and product catalogues
Any other ad-hoc duties / administrative works required by the Sales team
What we require you to have:
Strong time management, prioritization, planning, and organization skills
Ability to work independently and take initiatives
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Sophisticated level of Excel/PowerPoint/PC skills required
Passion for the Games & Toys Industry will be a plus
Other work information:
Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in a sales coordination or support role. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply - Relevant internships or part-time work during studies can be considered
