Duties and Responsibilities

● Plan and manage production schedules according to sales orders (Local & Export) to ensure timely delivery of product to meet customer requirement.

● Plan and ensure efficient allocation of manpower and resources.

● Communicate and collaborate with all functions (customer services, sales, quality, warehouse) to drive for production execution.

● Monitor and manage raw materials and packaging materials inventory levels to ensure adequate supply for production usage.

● Monitor and track production data (e.g. volume, yield, wastage) and enhance operational efficiency.

● Provide daily progress and updates on any discrepancies in on-site and off-site review meetings with the Production team and management.

● Support OEM pilot production run with production team for product development.

● Enforce compliance with safety protocol and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

● Conduct root cause analysis on machine breakdown and minimize operation downtime through initiating machine improvement and corrective action in the production lines.

● Collaborate with the QA Department for Root Causes Analysis, Corrective and Preventive Actions as necessary.

***Preferably with related experience in food manufacturing industry.
