Our Client:
Interior Design Firm
5 Days Office Hours
Woodlands  
Basic Up to $2600 + Commission + AWS/Bonus

Responsibilities:

• Develop design concepts into technical drawings with designers and architects

• Produce floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed construction documents using AutoCAD, Revit, or similar software

• Create and update 2D/3D visuals, renderings, and design boards

• Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and safety standards

• Assist in space planning, furniture layouts, lighting plans, and material selections

• Maintain accurate records of drawings and revisions

• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and consultants for project needs

• Support the team during project presentations and client meetings

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Drafting Technology, or related field

• Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, building systems, and interior materials

• 1–3 years of relevant drafting/design experience preferred
