We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our Office of Strategic Quality Management (QM) team as Assistant Manager. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of QM across our operations. Reporting directly to the Head of QM, this position offers an excellent opportunity for growth and professional development in the field of QMt.


• Plan and execute ISO audits across site operations, ensuring compliance with established standards and procedures. 
• Collaborate with site operation teams to prepare for audits required by regulatory authorities. 
• Prepare comprehensive Audit Reports detailing findings, observations, and recommendations for improvement. 
• Maintain and update system procedures/quality control plan for the System Manual as necessary to reflect current best practices and regulatory requirements. 
• Take ownership of the Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety, Facilities Management and Business Continuity Management policy and plans, driving continuous improvement initiatives across all areas. 
• Conduct internal audits to assess compliance with quality management systems and facilitate external audits and accreditations as required.

• Undertake any ad-hoc duties as assigned to support the overall objectives of the Quality Management team.


Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Facilities Management / Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Building Services or equivalent 

• 2 years or more relevant experience in Facilities Management / Quality Management / Safety Management

• ISO 9001 or QEHS Internal Auditor Certification or equivalent is required

• Good initiative, work performance, communication and problem-solving skills
