Workplace Safety and Health Coordinator - #1114170

Responsibilities:

·        Overseeing the daily Tool Box Meeting, conduct random check on contractors’ members ensure understanding of daily EHS highlights.

·        Conduct daily onsite inspection ensure EHS compliance to safety rules, regulation, SMM and customer requirements.

·        Monitor contractor onsite EHS performance, record any onsite EHS violation to EHS admin for recording.

·        Advise contractor on safe working method or any other matters pertaining to EHS.

·        Support implementation of actions to improve WSH performance and control risks.

·        Assist with the management of EHS program and promote awareness to all stakeholders.

·        To support and administer all WSH related matters

·        Initial response to any emergency onsite and report to EHS manager

·        Assist with the management for investigating, identifying possible root causes of accident and determining measures to prevent occurrences

·        Other duties that may be assigned by the company

 Requirements

·        Advance certificate in workplace safety and health (WSH Level B)

·        WSQ Managing Work at Height.

·        Good communication skills in English & Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

·        Resulted oriented, independent and self-motivated

·        Able to work under pressure and in fast-paced environment

·        Able to work in Clean Room environment

·        Contract period: 1 year
