Job Description:

• End-to-end recruitment processes, including but not limited to job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection

• Conduct thorough candidate assessments to ensure their skills, experience, and cultural fit align with the organization's requirements and value

• Proactively source potential candidates through various channels, such as online job boards, social media platforms, professional networks

• Review resumes, assess applications, and pre-screen candidates to shortlist top talent

• Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments and interviews

• Schedule and coordinate interviews

• Organizing and coordinating in overseas recruitment events

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree (in any disciple) from recognized institutions

• A passion for recruitment and people

• Able to work in a team

• 5 Days work week
