Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager with strong business analysis experience to lead the delivery of high-impact, cross-functional projects. In this role, you will be the driving force behind project success — ensuring initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and with exceptional quality. You will work closely with stakeholders across the organization, bridging business needs and technical solutions, while managing risks, timelines, and communications with clarity and confidence.

Responsibilities:

• Project Planning & Delivery: Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets. Facilitate regular project meetings and provide progress updates to stakeholders, HODs, and Management.

• Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering: Engage stakeholders to understand current processes, identify gaps, and capture requirements. Draft User Requirement Specifications and/or User Stories, ensuring alignment and sign-off on proposed solutions.

• Solution Design & Functional Specifications: Translate requirements into functional designs, process flows, and user journeys. Collaborate with UI/UX designers to create mock-ups and present solutions to business users.

• Quality & Testing Management: Oversee SIT conducted by developers, prepare UAT test plans, perform sanity checks, and ensure smooth post-implementation validation.

• Risk Management: Identify potential risks, propose mitigation strategies, and monitor risk exposure throughout the project lifecycle.

Decision-Making Scope:

• Prioritizing and escalating project issues when necessary.

• Facilitating collaboration between business and technical teams.

• Recommending and validating solutions through flows, mock-ups, and functional specifications.

Who You’ll Work With:

• Business Stakeholders & Executives: Define business needs, present solutions, and provide regular status updates.

• Development Team: Review specifications, designs, and ensure development progress aligns with requirements.

• Compliance & Audit Teams: Validate that processes, solutions, and controls meet regulatory and internal standards.

• Information Security Officer: Ensure all solutions are secure, resilient, and aligned with company security practices.

What We’re Looking For:

• Degree in Business IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Project Manager or Business Analyst, ideally in cross-functional project environments.

• Domain knowledge in Securities Trading is a strong advantage.

• Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.

• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Daily / Weekly: Gather requirements, manage project progress, lead scrum meetings, and resolve blockers.

• Monthly: Team meetings to reflect on challenges, share learnings, and celebrate wins.

• Quarterly / Half-Yearly: Participate in OKR reviews and potentially support IT Conference initiatives.

• Yearly: Contribute to annual OKR reviews with leadership teams.
