Production Technician - #1115685

Job Responsibilities

• Perform line setup and support production activities for packing and packaging lines in both general production and controlled environments.

• Operate, monitor, and maintain production machinery and equipment to ensure efficient and uninterrupted operations.

• Conduct routine servicing, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of all production equipment in accordance with established schedules and procedures.

• Provide repair and technical support for healthcare and wellness equipment returned by customers, ensuring prompt resolution of product issues.

• Respond to machine breakdowns, perform necessary repairs, and coordinate with machine suppliers for external technical assistance when required.

• Ensure all maintenance and production tasks comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and internal quality standards.

• Maintain accurate records and documentation, including maintenance logs, service reports, and customer equipment handling records, in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

• Ensure work areas, tools, and equipment are properly maintained, clean, and compliant with GMP standards.

• Support production teams in meeting daily output targets and performance expectations.

• Comply with the company’s environmental procedures and ISO 14001 requirements, including the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

• Promote environmental sustainability by practicing proper waste segregation, immediately reporting spills, leaks, or abnormal conditions, and minimizing material wastage during maintenance and production activities.

• Perform other related duties as assigned by management to support production and maintenance operations.

Requirements

• Minimum NITEC in Engineering / Electrical / Mechanical / Automotive / related fields

• Minimum 2 years relevant working experience

• Hands-on experience in repair and maintenance of industrial machines

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities

• Willing to work overtime if needed
