We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Early Years Educator to support the growth and development of young children in a nurturing and stimulating environment.

Responsibilities:

• Implement age-appropriate teaching, learning, and caregiving approaches.

• Observe, document, and communicate children's progress to families.

• Create a safe, engaging, and supportive learning environment.

• Build positive relationships with children through responsive caregiving.

• Ensure health, hygiene, and safety regulations are met.

• Collaborate with families and community partners to enhance learning experiences.

• Support centre accreditation and licensing processes.

• Participate in team planning and professional development activities.

Requirements:

• Advanced Certificate in Early Years (ACEY), Certificate in Early Childhood Care & Education (ECCE), or Diploma in ECCE.

• Passion for working with young children.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to create a warm and inclusive learning environment.
