Process Engineer - #1114855

Responsibilities:

• Assist engineers with machine setup and troubleshooting.
• Provide engineering support to the production group to ensure daily output and product quality targets are met.
• Develop and maintain process documents.
• Conduct and implement process standardization and optimization as required.
• Ensure that all production staff are aware of process changes or new processes and provide necessary job training.
• Evaluate and qualify new materials.
• Provide data analysis and KPI to management and recommend corrective measures.
• Evaluate, test and validate new products, manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Effectively keep their superior informed of pertinent developments and information relating to their area of responsibility.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as instructed by their immediate superior.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least an Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
• On-the-job training will be provided.
• Relevant experience will be an advantage.
• Meticulous, careful with attention to detail.
• Proactive, resourceful and hands-on team player with good initiative.
