Our approach relies on intentional practices of observation, documentation and reflection, and as such, applicants must be comfortable with verbal and written means of communicating children's learning.

With more Blue House campuses being established across Singapore, we are seeking the right individuals who wish to hone their expertise and ambition in order to serve the community of educators, children and families with heart!

Pre-requisites include:

• 3 to 5 years in a leadership role in an Early Childhood setting

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education and a Diploma in Early Childhood Education - Leadership

• Excellent spoken and written English

• Being a firm believer in parents as partners

• Advocating for the rights of children to learn in a holistic and integrated fashion

• Comfortable working within a diverse international community

• Administrative proficiency

• Familiarity with Google Suite
