HR Executive (12-Month Contract)

Location: Serangoon North
Working Hours: Mon–Thur: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM | Fri: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Salary: $3,500–$3,800/month + performance bonus

Key Responsibilities:

Onboarding:

• Support the onboarding process by creating employee profiles in SuccessFactors and generating new hire letters to ensure a smooth experience for new employees.

Employee Lifecycle Management:

• Manage various aspects of the employee lifecycle, including issuing lifecycle letters and updating personal and dependent details in the HR system.

• Prepare certificates of employment for banks, visa applications, and permanent residency (PR) applications.

Work Pass Administration:

• Process work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations.

Offboarding:

• Assist in preparing offboarding letters and processing work pass cancellations.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Human Resources or a related field.

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.

• Knowledge of local employment regulations.

• Experience in a fast-paced HR shared services environment.

• Highly self-motivated, resourceful, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
