Our client, a renowned German manufacturer specializing in electrical and building installation technology, is seeking a Sales Engineer to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a globally respected brand known for its innovation and engineering excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new sales leads while nurturing long-term customer relationships

• Plan and execute strategic sales initiatives to grow the distributor and customer base

• Collaborate with project stakeholders (owners, consultants, and contractors) to address both technical and commercial needs

• Organize and lead product seminars, technical training, and promotional events

• Support and manage partners/distributors to meet sales targets and KPIs

• Conduct daily team check-ins to ensure alignment and monitor performance

• Prepare and manage monthly sales reports, including year-end closing activities

• Mentor and train local distributors and partners to enhance sales performance

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering

• At least 3 - 5 years of Sales experience in electrical installation products

• Experience in design/specification work within the building industry

• A strong professional network among consultants is preferred

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

• Proactive, with demonstrated leadership and strategic planning capabilities
