Job Details:
Location: nearest MRT Brighthill
Salary: $2400 /month
Working hours: Mon to Fri, 9:30 am to 6:30 pm

Responsibilities:
- Liaise with various teams for case handling, to rectify service-related issues with effective solutions to achieve maximum customer satisfaction
- Support the team’s administrative tasks and undertake other ad-hoc assignments when required
- Assist and support Managers in fulfilling operational tasks when requested by the superiors

Requirements:
Have prior customer service experience
