Exciting Opportunity: Freight Forwarding Customer Service Executive – MNC 3PL Company

Salary & Benefits:

• Up to $3,800 basic + AWS + Variable Bonus

• Working Hours: 9am – 5:45pm (Mon–Fri) and 9am – 1pm (Sat)

• Convenient location at Alps Avenue with company shuttle pick-up from Sengkang, Tanah Merah, Ang Mo Kio, Tampines, and Bedok

About the Company:

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer enquiries and ensure full compliance with clients’ SOPs

• Coordinate shipments with overseas agents, carriers, and suppliers to ensure smooth delivery

• Prepare sea freight documentation for LCL/FCL shipments, including Dangerous Goods (DG) declarations

• Generate quotations for customers and arrange DG packing and labelling

• Manage shipment file closures and support the operations team in ensuring invoicing accuracy

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in freight forwarding (airfreight/seafreight)

• Strong experience in preparing shipping documentation

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
