Key Responsibilities
· Support the development and management of annual and monthly trade marketing calendars and budgets.
· Coordinate with stakeholders to plan and execute promotions, securing optimal in-store visibility.
· Act as liaison across teams to align promotional mechanics, objectives, pricing, and timelines.
· Track campaign and channel sales performance, comparing actuals to forecasts.
· Support demand and supply cycles by aligning forecasts with trade activity and stock availability.
· Maintain accurate trade spend records and prepare month-end reports to ensure budget control.
· Compile post-promotion analyses and ROI evaluations to inform future planning.
· Prepare meeting minutes and follow up on deliverables and deadlines.
· Assist in preparing demand forecasts brand presentations for management review.
Requirements
· Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline.
· 1–2 years of trade marketing, sales support, or FMCG experience preferred (fresh grads with strong internship exposure may apply).
· Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
· Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks under tight timelines.
· A collaborative team player with strong communication and coordination skills.
· Passion for FMCG/consumer goods and willingness to learn and grow.
