About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales cum Marketing Executive (Furniture) to join our growing team at Haleywood Industries Pte Ltd. What you'll be doing

• Customer Engagement & Sales Excellence

• Proactively engage with customers through multiple channels (in-person, digital, phone) to understand their unique needs and deliver tailored furniture solutions

• Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas buyers and suppliers to expand market reach and secure new business opportunities

• Strategic Marketing & Brand Development

• Design and execute innovative marketing campaigns that showcase our furniture collections and strengthen brand recognition

• Create compelling content, promotional materials, and sales collateral

• Business Intelligence & Growth

• Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions, sales and marketing

• Conduct thorough market research, monitor competitor activities, and gather customer feedback to identify emerging opportunities

• Prepare detailed reports and strategic insights for management to support data-driven decision making

What we're looking for

• Professional Experience

• 2-5 years of proven experience in sales or marketing roles, with strong preference for candidates from the Furniture Manufacturing and Marketing industry

• Demonstrated track record of meeting sales targets and implementing successful marketing initiative

Essential Skills & Abilities

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to liaise effectively with overseas buyers and suppliers while maintaining current customer relationships

• Outstanding problem-solving and negotiation capabilities to successfully close sales and resolve customer inquiries

• Creative mindset with demonstrated ability to develop innovative marketing strategies and execute campaigns

• Highly adaptable, flexible, and self-motivated with exceptional attention to detail

• Genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service and building long-term relationships

• Language Requirements: Professional fluency in both Mandarin and English essential for handling inquiries from diverse buyer and supplier base.
